We offer 3 types of lending categories:
• Tier 1: Bankable deals
Qualified for the lowest rates in the market place.
Up to 90% Loan to Value (LTV).
Rates from 4.8% and 30 year amortizations.
• Tier 2: Just “outside” of Bankable
7%-10% rates for 1-5 year terms
We have lenders that are more forgiving than regular banks and funders: Lower credit scores and other issues OK
LTVs- 65% – 70% at rates from 6.5% – 9.9%
• Tier 3: Private Money
$200M – 10MM
Rates at 9.9%-13.9% for 1-3 year terms
These can include bare land and a low credit score.
LTVs- 45% to 67%
